My Say : Ego Free Leadership is a self help book and it is about a guy name Brandon Black who has been promoted to CEO of Encore Capital a company that was struggling to increase a difficult business as it explains it is also about an ego free life and not just leadership. Not only does this book tell about the struggle of the company, but it also tells about how you meet the challenges and opportunities and your every day life. Black describes his struggles in his role of his company’s challenges that was required to meet. Black who also has a coach, Shatne Hughes, who may irradiate the ego-driven egosystem that Black learns to handle. Together these two move though the process of recognising and adressing the problems that Brandon face his company. This book give wise advice to CEO’s who are apart of the ego issuesEgo Free Leadership does an outstanding job of telling the story of how a business in an industry with an unsavory reputation become a place where employees were inspired to do their jobs and loved to come into the office. Again, not your typical business book at all but desperately needed and extremely enlightening in a very practical way. Ego Free Leadership is an interesting memoir about helping you figure out how your ego is affecting your life, and how to be more effective in your job. It tells the story of a company called Encore throughout the financial crisis, and how they overcame the obstacles that the crisis presented.
